Material Handler / Inventory Control Associate – 2nd Shift — Urgently hiring in Santa Fe Springs!

Job Title: Material Handler / Inventory Control Associate
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:40 p.m - 11:10 p.m.
Start Date: ASAP

As a Material Handler / Inventory Control Associate, you'll support production operations by efficiently managing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth workflow on the manufacturing floor. You'll work closely with the planning and shipping teams to keep everything running seamlessly.

What You'll Do


As a Material Handler / Inventory Control Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Pulling materials and products according to manufacturing work orders and verifying order accuracy
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy by recording and tracking materials throughout production
  • Handling products in a laminar flow environment (when required) to ensure cleanliness and product integrity
  • Recording traceability information accurately and completely
  • Reviewing work order packets for completeness and reporting discrepancies to the Planning department
  • Performing basic mathematical calculations for production and packaging documentation

What You'll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documents
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and inventory tracking experience a plus
