Location: St. Charles, IL
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Start Date: As soon as possible
Position: Temp-to-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity

Material Handler Responsibilities

• Feed materials into machines, including Maxsys, MXD, BH1000 Inserter, and GV-300.
• Follow all applicable SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Follow daily production schedules and order requirements.
• Complete required paperwork and submit materials to the appropriate departments.
• Perform daily card picks from the vault and monthly vault inventory.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and job specifications are met.
• Stock weekly inventory and fulfill production orders.
• Package personalized cards and prepare shipments.
• Stage finished materials at the dock and assist with loading shipments as needed.
• Keep staging areas organized and ensure all jobs are properly identified.
• Meet established production and quality requirements.
• Follow all established safety requirements.
