Pro Resources is seeking an experienced MIG Production Welder for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturer in Celina, OH. This company specializes in custom metal fabrication and produces high-quality welded assemblies for automotive and industrial applications. Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
Set up welding equipment and select appropriate settings.
Perform MIG welding in flat and vertical positions.
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
Previous MIG welding experience required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with industrial racks, containers, or welded assemblies is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier lifts as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods during a 10-hour shift.
Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and occasionally use a ladder.
Ability to safely handle welding tools and equipment throughout the workday.
