Position Details:
Title: Mixing Technician
Position Type: 2 year contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need
Job Location: Cleveland, OH  
Shift:2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Compensation: $26.50/HR

Position Summary
As a Mixing Technician (Chemical Operator), you will be responsible for the safe and efficient preparation of chemical batches by accurately adding raw materials to mixing equipment. This role requires adherence to safety and quality standards and may involve moderate overtime during the week and occasional Saturday work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all quality, safety, and operating procedures.
  • Safely handle hazardous raw materials and finished products using proper precautions.
  • Monitor mixing processes, equipment performance, and operating conditions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support production goals while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Qualifications

Required:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability and willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Ability and willingness to work in restricted, electrically classified areas where flammable and combustible materials are present.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
Preferred:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or clean-room environment.
  • Forklift (fork truck) operating experience.
