Compensation Breakdown:
Base pay: $30.00–$34.00/hr (RN or LPN, based on experience)
2nd shift differential: +$4.50/hr
Weekend differential: +$1.50/hr (Saturday/Sunday)
Medical opt-out: +$3.00/hr (if you qualify)
Effective 2nd shift rate can reach $36.00–$43.00+/hr, depending on experience, weekend hours, and medical opt-out.

As a 2nd Shift RN or LPN, you’ll provide direct nursing care, support STNAs, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care.
