Job Title: 2nd Shift Operator
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

As an Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure smooth production flow
• Moving raw material bales
• Feeding material into equipment
• Monitoring product quality and recording detailed production data
• Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe throughout your shift

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 125 lbs. with assistance
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards
• Reliability and punctuality
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
