This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to learn new skills. You'll work to operate equipment, assemble and inspect products, and keep production running safely and efficiently. This role offers a balance to work both independently and as part of a team.Starting Pay: $19.73 per hour; plus $1.50 differential for 2nd ShiftShift Hours: 3:30 PM-midnight-- May initially train on day shift before transitioning to second shift.Your Key Responsibilities
Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product.Assure product meets all quality standards.Test and inspect products per procedure.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Meet production metrics (takt time).Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects and production times.
