2nd Shift Operator

2nd Shift Operator-  Monday - Friday 3:30 pm - 12:00 am
We're looking for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and keep production running smoothly. You'll help run machines, check materials, make sure products look good, and get them packaged up the right way. You'll also pitch in with cleaning and keep things set up for the next shift.

What You'll Do

• Run and watch over machines to keep parts moving

• Check and trim products so they meet quality standards

• Package items and make sure labels and materials are correct

• Speak up about any safety or quality issues

• Keep your area clean and help set up for the next shift

What You'll Need

• Willingness to follow directions and safety rules

• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during a shift

• Good attention to detail and teamwork

• High school diploma or equivalent
