2nd Shift Operator-Salt Pot

Nesco Resource is looking for a 2 ^nd Shift Operator 1-Salt Pot located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: 3PM-11PM

Pay: $19/hour (+12% shift differential)

Overview: This position is responsible for the heat treatment of medical device components using manual labor. The position offer requires the candidate the ability to sit and stand for periods of time, the ability to read and understand work instructions and complete the necessary documentation as instructed. The associate will perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Set Timers as stated on routers
• Heat treat parts
• Read/Fill out routers steps and Identification labels
• Adhere to and enforce safety guidelines
• Be aware of the department's quality goals and workmanship.
• Transfer fixtures weights up to 10-15 pounds

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• The use of micrometers, gages, and calipers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read and speak English
• Must pass a safety test
• Able to lift 10-15 lbs into and out of salt pots regularly
