Job Title: 2nd Shift Outbound Operator
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate:$16.98/hr.
Target Skill Set:Picking, packing, shipping, pallet building, RF scanner operation, inventory control, pallet jack operation
Key Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and ship products in a timely, safe, and accurate manner.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of shipments and product condition.
- Replenish inventory using RF scanners and sort packages for bulk orders.
- Build pallets for shipments following proper warehouse procedures.
- Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist Warehouse Manager and Leads with other assigned tasks.
- Support other departments as needed.
QualificationsMinimum Education:- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
Minimum Experience & Requirements:- At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
- Strong hand-eye coordination and full range of motion (walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending)
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must pass forklift test if operating an electric pallet jack (if applicable)
