Overhead Crane Operator/Material Handler

Location: York, PAShift: 2nd ShiftPay Rate: Starts at $22.00/Hour (Higher rate available depending on experience) + $3.00/Hour Shift Differential

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Crane Operator/Material Handler. This position involves working with our outside crew at the shop and performing a variety of tasks such as:

  • Jockeying trailers around the yard
  • Operating pettibones to move steel around the yard
  • Unloading trailers
  • Operating overhead cranes
  • Maintaining good attendance

Requirements:

  • Experience operating cranes and handling materials (some training will be provided to the right candidate)
  • Must have experience with structural steel loading using an overhead crane
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
