2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM | $16.25/hour

Join a fast-paced team at a leading local charcoal manufacturer. This is a full-time, hands-on production role in a dusty but rewarding manufacturing environment. Ideal for individuals who are dependable, physically strong, and looking for steady work.

Responsibilities:
-Stack bags of charcoal weighing 8-60 lbs. (average 50 lbs.)
-Operate folding and baling equipment to compress and package product
-Perform hand baling, including sealing and moving bags
-Complete general clean-up to maintain a safe, organized work area
-Rotate between positions throughout the shift to reduce strain and support production flow

Requirements:
-Ability to lift 60 lbs. regularly and work at a steady physical pace
-Must be able to work in dusty environments
**Not suitable for individuals with severe asthma, respiratory conditions, or dust sensitivity
-Must pass a drug test and background check
-Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
-Steel toe shoes required
