2nd Shift Packaging & Production Supervisor

In this role, you will be an integral part of maintaining our high standards in a clean, organized environment. Your people-centric approach will inspire and direct a diverse team, ensuring efficient daily operations while nurturing a culture of safety and respect.

You'll coordinate the flow of raw materials and resources to meet daily throughput targets, all while maintaining strict adherence to food safety regulations, including GMPs, HACCP, and SQF. As a proactive leader, you’ll drive lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize processes and enhance productivity.

Your responsibilities will also include seamless shift transitions, meticulously tracking performance metrics, handling conflict resolution, and conducting performance reviews.

We are looking for a seasoned leader with at least three years of supervisory experience in a regulated production environment. A strong grasp of food safety principles and proven team leadership skills are essential. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and local ERP systems and reside within a manageable distance from Jefferson, WI.
