Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment to package final products.
• Comply with all safety and quality standards, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from Leads and Management.
• Adapt quickly to changes and meet production demands in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 60 pounds using safe lifting practices.
• Basic computer skills and simple math proficiency.

Preferences:

• 1 year of manufacturing work experience.
• Experience with machine operation and/or forklift operation.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Work in temperature zones with cold, hot, dust, and noise environments.
