2nd Shift Packer

We have a client located in McKees Rocks, PA seeking a 2nd shift Packer

Position will be on 2nd shift

Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Package finished products according to the instructions provided in the work order or by the operators.
* Prepare and locate skids before starting each job to maintain a smooth flow of production for the machine you are working on.
* Complete the necessary paperwork and properly store materials in their designated locations, ensuring accuracy.
* Inspect and package products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Keep work areas clean and organized.
* Assist other machines with packaging tasks when time allows.
* Provide support to operators when time permits.
* Monitor supplies and inform the supervisor when inventory is running low.
* Notify the supervisor of any repair needs; it is best to submit a work order for tracking purposes.
* As a small company, additional duties may be assigned to ensure the plant is operating efficiently.




Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting preferred.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to use equipment such as pallet jack, forklift etc.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read tape measure
