2nd Shift Pallet Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in wood products, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Production Associate to join their team. As a  Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Associate

Location: Hartselle, AL

Pay Range: $19.00/hour

Shift: Monday–Thursday 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Friday 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM, with some required Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Operate machinery and equipment to cut wood according to production specifications
• Stack, sort, and organize wood products for shipment or further processing
• Assemble pallets with power tools and hand tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Inspect materials for quality and report defects or issues

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods
• Ability to work in a non climate-controlled environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work scheduled hours, including some required Saturdays
