Job Description

We are seeking a 2nd shift Process Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preventive maintenance, and production support and a proven ability to maintain safe and reliable equipment, follow production plans, and meet customer requirements on a second-shift schedule.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Candidate must be available for second or third shift based on business needs and occasional weekend support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Follow production plans to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Work individually and collaboratively to complete tasks and resolve issues.
• Support conflict resolution within the team to maintain professionalism.
• Participate in cost improvement initiatives to satisfy customer needs.
• Provide service support on a 24-hour basis as needed, including weekends.
• Stand for extended periods while performing production and maintenance tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work second or third shift and occasional weekends.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Detail orientation with strong mechanical aptitude.
