2nd shift Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in turbine generator components, is seeking a 2nd shift Production Associate to join their dedicated team. As a 2nd shift Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd shift Production Associate

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Perform hands-on assembly, fabrication, and assembly of turbine generator components
• Utilize various hand tools and machinery to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure precision in manufacturing
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to meet specifications and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

• Any hands-on experience in a manufacturing or assembly role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED is required
