Summary
  • Full-time 2nd shift position in an automotive production facility
  • Stand for the majority of the shift while sorting, handling, and organizing automotive parts
  • Load and unload automotive parts before and after the coating/paint process
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure production standards are met
  • Fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for overtime

Responsibilities
  • Stand for the majority of the shift while repetitively sorting, handling, and organizing automotive parts before and after the coating process to maintain production flow
  • Load and securely rack raw automotive parts before the coating or paint process, ensuring proper spacing and orientation for quality coverage
  • Inspect incoming parts for defects, contamination, or damage and report quality concerns to the supervisor
  • Remove coated parts from racks after processing and safely transfer them to the next stage of production or packaging
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations, racks, tools, and equipment while following all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and perform repetitive tasks
  • Must be able to lift 20–30 pounds throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Work Environment & Schedule
  • Work performed inside an automotive production facility
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs
