2nd Shift Production Associates

We are seeking Production Associates to join our team!!

Schedule:

Mon-Fri (5 days a week): 6pm-6am

Pay rate: $16.00/hr

Hourly pay is 16.00 with 30 plus overtime hours a week

Production Associate’s Duties and Responsibilities

• Feed raw materials into production machinery
• Assemble goods on production line
• Monitor the production process
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks
• Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
• Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
• Pack goods to be shipped
• Maintain work areas and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Will be standing by a continually moving conveyor to spread and inspect goods
• Remove scrap product from both sides of convey or belt and put into inedible barrel
• Product is packed off on a running conveyor into boxes weighing 35 to 50 lbs depending on product
• Boxes are then pushed down a running conveyor from scale, closed and pushed through tape machine and stacked on skids to a height of between 4 to 6 feet

Job Qualifications for the Production Associate Opportunity:

• Gives attention to detail and follows instructions
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Effective time management; maximizes productivity.
• HS Diploma

• Must be willing to be clean shaven
• No jewelry (Including Facial & Ear Piercings)

Physical Demands for the Production Associate position:

• Ability to lift weight 50 lbs or so pounds and sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the warehouse.
