Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Leadingateamofhourlyteammemberstoachievebusinessresults.
a. Achievestargetsinasafeandefficientmanner.
b. Coordinatesactivitieswithproduction,procurement,maintenance, warehouse,andqualitydepartmentstoachieveandsustainresults.
c. Supportsteammembersbymaintainingavisiblepresenceonthe production floor.
d. Maintainsanengagedandteam-orientedworkforce.
2. ProvidesSupporttoCompanyPoliciesandProcedures.
a. Createsanenvironmentthatexpressesconcernandconsistency toward all team members.
b. Promotescooperationanddedicationtosuperiorworkmanship among all team members.
c. Providestrainingforteammembersoncompanypolicies,rules, regulations and job specific duties and responsibilities.
d. MonitorsandenforcesadherencetoGMP’sandspecifications.
Maintainshighlevelsofsanitation,housekeepingandproductquality.
e. Followdailyworkscheduleandreportsvariances.
f. Encouragesbestuseofenergyandresourceswithminimalwaste.
3. Mayassumeotherdutiesasassigned.

WORKINGCONDITIONS: | Must be able to work for long hours in a food processing environment, where it is wet, damp, and cold.Temperatures are frequently around 34 degrees, and employeesareexpectedtoremainintheseconditionsforthemajorityoftheirwork days |
