Advance Services is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with a leading global manufacturing company in Yankton, SD. Job Duties:

• Lead and manage the Assembly, Test, Service, and Shipping departments on 2nd shift.
• Schedule production to meet customer demand while ensuring on-time delivery and production goals.
• Coordinate with Production Control to resolve scheduling priorities.
• Motivate, coach, and develop production teams to achieve performance goals.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production data and MRP system accuracy.
• Foster a positive work environment while supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
• Drive operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 15+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Previous manufacturing leadership or production management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and production scheduling.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
