2nd Shift Production Supervisor

The role encompasses guiding and motivating production staff to enhance safety, product quality, and efficiency. You'll orchestrate the execution of strategic work plans within the production department and initiate long-term remedies for persistent issues. Ensure seamless facility operations by supporting operators and upholding high standards for safety and service. Collaborate with team members to develop and refine SOPs and protocols under the organization's framework. Key functions include efficiently managing production start-ups, routine operations, and transitions for assigned production lines. You'll be responsible for workforce scheduling, handling documentation processes, and ensuring production plans align with team operations. Responsible for quality assurance coordination, retrieving corrective actions, and fostering continuous process improvements. Additional duties involve managing inventory of indirect materials, liaising with Quality Control to revise procedures, and ensuring GMP compliance. Championing safety initiatives and maintaining precise employee documentation will also be part of your responsibilities.
