Collaborate with team members to develop and refine SOPs and protocols under the organization's framework. Key functions include efficiently managing production start-ups, routine operations, and transitions for assigned production lines. You'll be responsible for workforce scheduling, handling documentation processes, and ensuring production plans align with team operations. Responsible for quality assurance coordination, retrieving corrective actions, and fostering continuous process improvements. Additional duties involve managing inventory of indirect materials, liaising with Quality Control to revise procedures, and ensuring GMP compliance. Championing safety initiatives and maintaining precise employee documentation will also be part of your responsibilities.
