2nd Shift Production Supervisor | Manufacturing | Greensboro, NC Area

We're actively recruiting for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor on behalf of a growing manufacturing company in the Greensboro area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys driving safety, quality, productivity, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:00 AM (may transition to 3:00 PM-11:00 PM)

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 base salary

What You'll Do:

• Lead a production team of approximately 65 employees (mix of full-time and temporary staff)

• Drive safety, quality, and production performance

• Coach, train, and develop team members

• Partner with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce performance

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing leadership experience with at least 1 year of supervisory responsibility

• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills

• Experience leading large production teams

• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred and considered virtually required

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
