The anticipated salary range starts at $53,000 and is commensurate with experience. What you will be doing:Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are metEnters employee payroll information and some production scores via computerCommunicates production issues to managementSupervises, orients & trains employees What you will bring to the role:A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Union environment experience preferred.Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonusDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC. Additional information:This position reports directly to the General Manager and will be based out of Kingston, PA. This position will work mainly 2nd shift, with core hours of 4:00 pm - 1am.
