What You’ll Do as a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor:

• Support and oversee daily shift operations alongside the Shift Supervisor
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity
• Coordinate workflows and ensure efficient production processes
• Maintain compliance with safety, food safety, and company policies
• Assist with scheduling, timecards, and real-time attendance tracking
• Train, mentor, and support employee development and team success
• Foster a positive, proactive work environment and reinforce company values

What You Need to Bring to the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor Role:

• Leadership or supervisory experience in production or manufacturing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and assist with conflict resolution
• Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
• Ability to manage schedules, attendance, and team performance
• Reliable transportation to Little Falls, MN
• Ability to pass a background check and/or drug screen if required
