The Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) will lead all assembly operations for my client's 2nd shift. This position will be a key Manufacturing leader at my client's new facility in the western suburbs, providing valuable coaching/leadership to employees, as well as driving/implementing LEAN/CI initiatives.

Description
- Supervise all production activities and ensure optimal productivity.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement improvements to production processes.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and organize necessary repairs.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with management.
Profile
- 3+ years' experience overseeing production teams of 40+.
- A candidate who is bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Track record leading projects to improve production efficiency and reduce waste & costs.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment.
- Background in assembly environments strongly preferred.
Job Offer
- A salary range of $75.000 - $90,000 Depending on level of experience.
- Quarterly bonuses, paid out based on personal metrics & company performance.
