2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift near York, ME

Adecco is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor on 2nd Shift to lead daily production operations for a busy food manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, quality, productivity, and team development.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.

• Lead, coach, and train employees to improve performance and develop skills.

• Monitor production schedules, efficiency, and department performance.

• Ensure quality, sanitation, food safety, and company standards are consistently followed.

• Learn and support all manufacturing processes, equipment, and production functions.

• Operate and troubleshoot production equipment as needed.

• Monitor timekeeping and payroll for accuracy.

• Provide direction and support to manufacturing and warehouse teams.

• Promote teamwork and a positive, productive work environment.

• Assist with staffing and operational decisions as needed.

• Help maintain department budgets and productivity goals.

• Enforce company policies related to safety, quality, sanitation, maintenance, and personnel.

• Work additional hours as needed based on business demands.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 5–7 years of experience in food manufacturing preferred.

• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Ability to operate electric/manual pallet jacks and forklifts.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.

Pay Details: $36.00 to $42.00 per hour
