Job Summary: The Production Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the production department, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. This role coordinates workflow, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and provides guidance and support to production team members. The Production Team Leader serves as the primary point of contact between the production floor and management, helping to resolve issues, drive productivity, and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
