Lead and support production team members in daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
Monitor and maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Communicate operational concerns, production issues, and performance updates to supervisors in a timely manner.
Perform production-related transactions and data entry within SAP.
Assist with onboarding and training new employees and support ongoing employee development.
Promote adherence to all company policies, work instructions, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and actively support a culture of workplace safety.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help achieve departmental objectives.
Assist in identifying and resolving production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
