Mechanically Inclined Production Worker – Contract to Hire
Location: Fountain Inn, SC
Pay: $17/hr + room to grow
Schedule: 2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm
Job Overview
OpSource Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a rapidly growing manufacturing facility in Fountain Inn, SC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with eligibility for permanent hire after approximately 90 days, based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

About the Work
- The company manufactures 500+ different products
- Approximately 20 parts run consistently, with additional products scheduled throughout the year for specialty and custom projects
- Work is varied and engaging, not repetitive assembly-line production
After training, associates will be placed into one of four production families:
- Tapers
- Blasters
- Booth Operators
- Finishers
