2nd Shift Production Worker – No Interview Required | Weekly Pay

Schedule

  • Training (First 2 Weeks): Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Regular Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

What You'll Do

  • Operate molding press machines and handle parts throughout the production process

  • Inspect, trim, route, and buff products to meet quality standards

  • Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent production quality

  • Use measuring tools to verify product accuracy and detect defects

  • Secure products on secondary equipment such as fixtures

  • Remove finished products from trays and label as needed

  • Pack finished goods and move them to designated areas

  • Trim excess material using various tools and equipment

  • Track and record scrap and finished product quantities

  • Perform repetitive tasks using tools such as:

  • Utility knives, air knives, and air brushes

  • Scissors, swivel knives, nippers/shears

  • Staplers and degaters

What We're Looking For

Experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or general labor

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform visual inspections

Basic math and counting skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

Prior manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus—but not required!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
