    2nd Shift Quality Control Specialist - Ensure Excellence After Hours

    Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? Join our dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Quality Control Specialist, where your expertise will ensure that every product leaving the line meets rigorous standards of excellence. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and product integrity during the evening hours. You will be responsible for inspecting materials and products, conducting precise tests, and documenting results to uphold compliance and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
    • Proficiency with inspection tools and testing equipment
    • Skilled in recording and analyzing data using statistical quality assurance methods
    • Effective communication and teamwork to collaborate with production and engineering staff
    • Knowledge of quality standards, including ISO protocols

    Nice to Have Skills:

    • Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions
    • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and product standards in mechanical, electrical, or chemical domains
    • Prior experience with sampling methods aligned with ISO standards

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment

    Other Requirements:

    • Must be available to work 2nd shift hours consistently
    • Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment as needed
    • Occasional lifting or standing for extended periods may be necessary
