2nd Shift Quality Control Lead
Pay: $23$25/hr | Location: Chicagoland Area
Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials, batches, and finished products
Maintain records and Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
Perform quality checks (scales, metal detectors)
Ensure GMP, food safety, and sanitation compliance
Conduct audits and support inspections
Investigate quality issues and support improvements
Enter data and assist QC Supervisor as needed

Qualifications:

QC experience (food industry preferred)
Knowledge of GMP/HACCP
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and team-oriented
