2nd Shift Quality Control Lead
Pay: $23$25/hr | Location: Chicagoland Area
Bilingual preferred
Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, batches, and finished products
- Maintain records and Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
- Perform quality checks (scales, metal detectors)
- Ensure GMP, food safety, and sanitation compliance
- Conduct audits and support inspections
- Investigate quality issues and support improvements
- Enter data and assist QC Supervisor as needed
Qualifications:
- QC experience (food industry preferred)
- Knowledge of GMP/HACCP
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and team-oriented
