If you're dependable, eager to learn, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs a 2nd Shift Quality Auditor, you'll help ensure every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards for quality, accuracy, and compliance.Your responsibilities will include:Create, review, and maintain inspection and test plansPerform product inspections and verify compliance with customer specificationsCoordinate customer inspections and quality documentationMaintain calibration records and quality systemsSupport internal and external quality auditsEnsure compliance with ISO standards, banking requirements, and customer specificationsInvestigate non-conformances (NCRs) and customer complaintsAssist with corrective and preventive actions to improve qualityReview documentation for accuracy and completenessCollaborate with Production, Operations, and Engineering teams to resolve quality issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancementsAssist the Quality Manager with projects that improve efficiency and quality performanceWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interpret procedures, specifications, and technical documentationPositive attitude and willingness to learn new products and processesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeQuality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, printing, production, or ISO experience is a plus but not required.
