2nd Shift Quality Tech Lead
Schedule: 2:30pm to 1:00am Monday through Thursday

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in conducting inspections, audits, and routine checks within a manufacturing or food production setting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Ability to identify, report, and control non-conformance issues promptly
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting procedures
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Knowledge of HACCP or other food safety management systems
- Familiarity with quality management software or laboratory testing procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality or food safety (e.g., GFSI, SQF) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, with prior leadership or supervisory roles in a manufacturing or food production environment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work on the 2nd shift schedule, including possible overtime
- Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in team training
- Knowledge of safety protocols and good manufacturing practices
