2nd Shift Racker

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd Shift Racker to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Racker, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Racker

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $18-$20

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:30pm-12am)

What's the Job?

• Determine priority of jobs to begin preparing for processing
• Select appropriate racking procedure according to size, shape, and number of objects to be processed
• Wire or clip objects to rack or hoist for processing
• Remove parts from rack or bar after processing
• Complete paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines

What's Needed?

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (required)
• 6 months to one year of racking experience (preferred)
• Ability to consistently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs
• Must be able to wear PPE and follow safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a physically active environment
