What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures closely
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Basic understanding of sanitation standards and best practices
• Dependable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with industrial or machinery cleaning
• Knowledge of safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to identify and report maintenance issues during cleaning
• Experience working in a team to maintain facility cleanliness

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a sanitation or cleaning role a plus, but not required

Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the facility during shifts
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet cleaning schedules
• Compliance with all health and safety guidelines specific to the plant
