Pay: $21-22 Per Hour DOE (Includes 10% Shift Differential)
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM

Are you experienced in electronics manufacturing and looking for a great second-shift opportunity? A local electronics manufacturer is seeking a 2nd Shift Selective/Wave Soldering Operator to support production operations and ensure high-quality circuit board assemblies. If you have experience with selective or wave soldering equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate selective soldering and wave soldering machines to support circuit board production.
- Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Inspect completed assemblies and identify any soldering defects or quality concerns.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards throughout production.
- Complete production documentation and communicate any equipment or process issues to supervisors.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating selective soldering or wave soldering machines preferred.
- Previous electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow written instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
