Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour plus OT

Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm or 3:30 pm to 2:00 am (depending on the business needs)
2nd Shift Shop Helper Responsibilities: - Crate and prepare finished products for shipment or storage.
- Clean and prepare pipe and other materials for production use.
- Safely operate saws, grinders, and other hand or power tools.
- Assist with various shop and production tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support both day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.
2nd Shift Shop Helper Skills and Abilities: - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule.
2nd Shift Shop Helper Education and Experience: - Prior experience in a shop, warehouse, or production environment.
- Comfortable operating hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment.
