Industrial Shred Operator/Sorter General Labor Pay: $17.50er hour
Job description: Inova Staffing Services is currently seeking a 2nd shift Industrial Shred Operator/Sorter, General Labor! We’ re looking for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about technology and are excited to work in our fast-paced facility performing highly efficient electronics destruction and recycling.Weekly Pay and on the bus lineSchedule- Monday – Friday (overtime as needed)
- 3pm - 12am
- $17.50/hr
As a team member, you will play a key role in the responsible recycling and repurposing of electronic devices, ensuring that valuable materials are reused while helping to streamline the tech lifecycle. Depending on current inventory and company needs, you could be working in either our Breakdown or Sorting DepartmentJob Requirements- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work in a loud/dusty environment
- Ability to stand and bend through entire shift as needed
- Ability to use basic hand tools including drills, hammers, screwdrivers, wire cutters
- Use best judgement to safely and effectively identify and dismantle consumer electronics including; TVs, computers, phones, etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
- Identify and sort various electronics and components for further processing
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Attention to detail
- Steel-toed or composite protective shoes required
