JOB TITLE: PYTHON OPERATORDescription of Position ResponsibilitiesPOSITION SUMMARY: Provides the set- up, operation and maintenance of the Python X and plans for the efficient operation of the Python. Ability to fulfill general Warehouse and Processor duties as assigned or needed.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIILTIES:Measure stock lengthsLoad and unload material from the machinePackage complete jobs for shipmentOperate overhead cranes, forklift, and warehousingLoad and manipulate programs where necessaryMeasure parts with tape, and/or squareRead prints or digital files to ensure part conforms to customer's designInspect and change consumables to ensure optimal cut qualityPerform daily Python preventative maintenance and accurately fill out daily Python inspection logGeneral maintenance and cleaning of Python as assignedPut away all drops dailyMaintain a safe and efficient work area.Maintain organization of consumables and machine specific toolingGood attendance is an essential function of this job.
