Responsibilities
Loading
- Load boxes from conveyor belts into trailers by hand
- Use handheld scanners to accurately track packages
- Move and position cages within designated staging areas
- Build safe, organized, and efficient trailer loads
Unloading
- Remove boxes from inbound trailers and place them on conveyor belts
- Scan packages during the unloading process
- Sort products into assigned cages and locations
This position involves continuous movement, lifting, and teamwork in a warehouse setting.
Earnings & Compensation
Performance-Based Pay Structure
- Average daily earnings: $200–$250
- Typical hourly equivalent: $16–$25+ per hour
- Compensation is based on productivity and volume completed
- Opportunity to increase earnings through strong performance

Work Schedule
1st Shift
- Sunday through Wednesday
- 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Some shifts may end early based on workload completion
- Overtime opportunities available
Requirements
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
