Job Description

·                     Supervise and lead a team of 2 Team Leads and up to 40 non-union hourly production employees on 3rd shift

·                     Drive key performance metrics, KPIs, quality standards, and safety initiatives on the production floor

·                     Champion and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts to optimize manufacturing processes

·                     Mentor, coach, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing production team

·                     Manage disciplinary actions and conduct employee performance reviews

·                     Maintain a strong floor presence to ensure operational efficiency and team accountability

Key Requirements

·                     Background in blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, or any plastic molding process preferred; automotive industry experience also considered

·                     Minimum of 3+ years of experience leading and managing production teams
