Shift Supervisor – Manufacturing

2nd Shift | Direct Hire | Green Bay, WI Area

Our client, a reputable manufacturer in the Green Bay area, is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead production operations on 2nd shift. This is a direct-hire leadership role reporting to the Plant Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise hourly production employees
• Execute daily production schedules and meet output goals
• Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Monitor performance metrics and report shift results
• Train, coach, and onboard new team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production floor
• Support inventory control and payroll for assigned shift
• Partner with HR on employee relations and disciplinary actions
• Respond to production issues and emergency situations

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred
• Plastics injection molding experience strongly preferred
• Technical background in plastics manufacturing a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable using MS Office and manufacturing ERP systems (IQMS a plus)
• Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 70 lbs as needed
