Location: Wausau, WI
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

What You'll Do
As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead and support production employees while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals are achieved. You'll be responsible for creating a positive work environment, developing employees, and helping the team succeed every day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching production team members
- Building employee engagement and maintaining positive morale
- Ensuring a safe and productive work environment
- Conducting performance reviews and employee development discussions
- Managing schedules, attendance, timecards, and staffing needs
- Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Process Improvement teams
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Recognizing strong performance and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining quality standards and production goals
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of leadership experience with direct reports
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Management, Supervision, or a related field
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
