Hours: 2:10 PM – 12:40 AM (Monday – Thursday, plus Friday hours TBD)

As a 2nd Shift Team Lead, you'll oversee daily shop-floor operations, motivate a team of around 20 production employees, and ensure production goals are met efficiently. You'll work closely with management and front-line staff to maintain a safe, productive, and high-quality manufacturing environment.


What You'll Do


As a 2nd Shift Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, supporting, and supervising a team of approximately 20 production employees during the 2nd shift.
• Maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor for 90% of your shift to monitor workflow, address issues, and keep team members focused.
• Driving production momentum, minimizing downtime, and achieving daily line speed and output targets.
• Ensuring all safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures are followed at all times.
• Facilitating effective shift handoffs by communicating production status, equipment concerns, and staffing needs with the first shift and management.

What You'll Bring

• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• An action-oriented leadership style with strong accountability and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay actively engaged on the shop floor throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work up to 55 hours per week during busy periods.
