We're looking for a Production Team Lead who thrives in a diverse, fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing people together to achieve shared goals. Typical work week is Monday-Friday 3:30pm-2:30am

In this role, you'll lead a team of 8-16 employees, support daily production operations, and help ensure our products meet the highest standards for safety and quality. You'll be a key communicator, problem solver, and coach who leads by example and creates a positive, respectful workplace.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Track production performance and communicate progress throughout the shift.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and GMP standards.
  • Step into leadership responsibilities when supervisors are unavailable.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish or Somali is a plus.
