    Description

    Position: Technician II - 2nd Shift

    Location: Billerica area

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Conduct unit recertification following prescribed procedures to ensure accuracy.

    - Document investigation, repair, and test results in a digital device history record, complying with QSR/ISO requirements.

    - Troubleshoot products to the board level or mechanical failure, determining the root cause.

    - Complete all work in accordance with established procedures.

    - Perform mechanical and software upgrades on products.

    - Collaborate with Senior Technicians, Group Leaders, or Supervisors to discuss technical issues encountered during testing or troubleshooting.

    - Train and support less experienced Technicians.

    - Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    - Experience in electronics.

    - Proficiency in using test equipment.

    - Ability to troubleshoot to the board level.

    - Familiarity with diagnostic schematics.

    Skills:

    - Proficiency in computer operations, including Oracle, Camstar, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    - Reading and comprehension of diagnostic data.

    - Understanding of SOPs, work instructions, and technical schematics.

    - Ability to set up and utilize various test equipment, such as patient simulators, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other electronic test equipment.

    Education and Experience:

    - Technical Degree or equivalent.

    - 1-3 years of relevant experience.
