The Job Center Staffing is currently hiring Equipment Testers for 1st shift in Aurora, CO. This role is responsible for performing automated electronic testing on set-top box (STB) equipment to ensure proper functionality and diagnose issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with electronic testing tools and warehouse systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of electronically automated tests on STB equipment
Determine whether units meet functional specifications or identify causes of failure
Operate electronic testing instruments and equipment
Test returned and outgoing equipment orders
Accurately document test results and findings
Assist with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior experience with order picking preferred
Basic computer proficiency
Experience using RF scanners or handheld devices
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent attendance and reliability
Good communication skills
